Refund and cancellation policy

There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel: your access simply ends after 30 days, and you are never charged again.

• You were charged, but the paper or pass was not unlocked.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• A paper you paid for could not be opened because of a fault on our side that we could not fix.
• We stopped offering a paper you paid for before your access ended.

Because access is delivered digitally and at once, we do not refund a purchase that worked as described, including when you change your mind after paying.

Write to anilthapaofficial1@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment, from the email address you sign in with, and include the payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. If money left your account for a payment that failed, your bank usually returns it on its own within that time.
